For over 14 years, Ed Mertiri has been helping his clients achieve their financial independence through discipline investment approach and long term financial planning.

Ed Mertiri earned his Master Degree from Zicklin School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Level III candidate, as well as licensed as a CPA in the states of NY, NJ, and Florida.

Ed Mertiri enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, helping out in the community, and playing sports.

For over 13 years, Ervin Koci has been helping his clients by providing timely and accurate financial information, technical - business expertise and internal control procedures. 

Karen minored in business and has her Master's in Education. She has been working with accountants for 7 years and has been utilizing QuickBooks to maintain client's books for over 5 years. Karen reconciles all QuickBooks accounts, prepares payroll and all associated printing. 

Christine is an experienced Office Manager with strong working knowledge of tax preparation and bookkeeping. She plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day office operations, managing client communications, and supporting tax and accounting workflows. Christine is well-versed in bookkeeping fundamentals, payroll coordination, document management, and assisting with compliance-related matters. Her organizational skills and practical understanding of accounting processes help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of client services. 

Carlie is our client relationship associate handling clients inquires. Her priority is client satisfaction and she will go above and beyond making sure clients issues are timely addressed. 

For over 12 years, Ervisa has been applying her accounting and bookkeeping skills at different levels. She has an extensive knowledgeable in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and international accounting standards.

Ajla has been applying her accounting and bookkeeping skills for the past 10 years. She has an extensive knowledgeable in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and international accounting standards.

Redona has been part of our team for the past two years and has been applying her accounting and bookkeeping skills for the past 6 years. She also has an extensive knowledgeable in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and international accounting standards.

Tensa is our social media manager. She generate content, engages online with our followers, prepares marketing campaigns as well as schedule online and in person events. she is our go to associate for all our marketing materials print and online.
